Returns Policy

If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reasonn you may return or exchange items within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund. We'll also cover the return shipping cost if the return is a result of our error (e.g., you recieved a incorrect or defective item). It will be the same as the original shipping cost.

Once we receive and inspect your item(s), we will credit your account. Please allow 5-7 days for a credit to appear on your account. In most cases, we will issue your refund in the same way you made the original purchase. If payment was made by check, the refund check will be issued no sooner than 10 business days after the date of purchase.

If you need to return an item you may initiate a return or exchange on line, by phone, or return request. 

Shipping

Items ordered will ship out within 1 to 3 business days.  Artwork will ship out within 3 to 7 business days.  All products shipped will have a tracking number provided to the customer the day it ships.  If customer chooses to pick up at store, you will receive an email stating the product is ready for pick up.
